I have been reading articles that compare the Apple iPad 2 to other tablet PCs available in the market today. I was already planning on buying the Samsung Galaxy tab a few months ago until the new version of the Apple iPad was launched. I was decided then on getting the Galaxy tab as the older version of the iPad had neither a front facing or back camera. I also have friends who use the Galaxy tab and have said positive things about it. However when the iPad 2 was launched, I have become undecided as to whether I should get this one now that Apple has added some great features on it. I also have friends who use the Amazon Kindle and have said positive things about them.

The ipad 2 now features not just one but two cameras on it - one on the front and one on the back. I must say that this is a feature that a lot of people have been waiting for Apple to include in their new iPad model. I also love the fact that the ipad 2 is now noticeably thinner and it has become lighter as well. Although this is not something that i think is necessary, I think it is great of Apple to make the new iPad more convenient to carry around and to use. This is especially true if you are using your iPad as an electronic book reader.

Another thing that people love about the new iPad is the fact that it now comes in black and white. Many people say that becomes it is now available in white, this will make the iPad more popular among women. I will be reading more reviews about the iPad 2 if only to know whether I should stick with my decision of getting the Samsung Galaxy tab or if i should consider getting the new model of the Apple ipad.

I have been talking to many of my friends though and most of them said that i should get the Apple iPad 2. A couple of them are already using the new iPad model and they only have good things to say about it. I was even able to use it as my friend brought it with him when we had lunch. I really do like its two cameras more so as I am a fan of the FaceTime app. I use it on my iPhone and it is helpful to me as I am away from my family most of the time. My friend suggested to me a store where I can buy the ipad 2 at a good price. I am still not sure about it though but what I know is that i am leaning towards the iPad 2 more than the Galaxy Tab.
